Celebrate the Chinese New Year Festival, the year of the Dog, at the International Cottages in Balboa Park. There will be kung-fu, Lion Dance, red envelope, dumplings, milk tea, steamed buns, calligraphy, a youth fashion show, and an ethnic dance performance.
