Break out the chopsticks and roll out the sushi! Prepare sushi rice, learn new knife techniques with fish and veggies, plus get all the tricks to make gorgeous sushi rolls and many other out-of-the-ordinary treats. We'll have loads of different seafood including tuna, salmon, scallops and roe to play with. We will also have all kinds of maki rolls and lots of veggie choices, too. Mochi for dessert.
