Members of a contingent of LGBTQIA+ leaders who are part of the U.S. Department of State International Visitors Leadership Program will participate in a panel discussion moderated by Fernando Z Lopez, Executive Director of San Diego LGBT Pride. Community members will have the opportunity to ask them about their work and human rights issues around the globe.
