Anthony Bourdain said Marseille is the most underrated destination, ?A great city with great food and great views, sitting right on the edge of the blue Mediterranean, surrounded by freakin? Provence. It?s got it all.?

What to eat in Marseille isn?t a simple question. It?s not the typical Provencal city in France. It has many options for regional dishes and in this class we will learn how to make the following three course traditional Marseilles dishes. We will also learn more about this region and the history behind these dishes.

We will end the class by enjoying the ?Summer in Marseille? inspired three-course dinner you made in a communal table. This is a great opportunity to further discuss the cooking techniques featured in the class or any questions you may have for Chef Marcel.
