It?s time for traditional Indian with Chef Daniela at the helm! Class will be started off with samosas, a triangular-shaped dish that encompasses a delicious onslaught of ingredients from potatoes, peas, meats, and spices ? letting them marinate together to create a truly savory appetizer. On a bed of bright jasmine rice peppered with herbs, marinated with a masala sauce in a large skillet.

From big heavy flavors to a break in between, you?ll be treated with a fluffy chapatti bread & a Raita yogurt sauce on the side. Dishes will be finished with hand rolled coconut ladoo, an Indian-style coconut truffle that?s enough to scratch your sweet-tooth itch, light enough to not weigh you down. Feel fresh with tonight?s class, New Dehli Dinner!
