Made in Las Californias Exhibit Opening Reception

Little is known about the mythical creatures that once roamed the Baja California peninsula all the way into Southern California. From good luck water elfs (Angles Azuless) to the elusive Baja desert tiger (El Tigre Volador), this magical history of our region is almost lost. Join us August 11th 2018 as we celebrate this rich tradition through artist Ita's upcycled art of Bajabrijes and a sneak peek of the film ?Chicana Stardust?. There will also be an exclusive live performance by the bi-national hip-hop group Tulengua, and a selection of food and drinks from both sides of the border. Gallery show will be on display until September 9.
