With England?s throne empty, Richard knocks down threats to his rule, fueling his insatiable ambition and paranoia. Even if the king can be stopped?who can ensure it won?t happen again?
As a member of La Jolla Playhouse?s Communications department, I?d like to submit information regarding the third show of our 2018/2019 Season, Seize the King. This upcoming World-Premiere play is a modern take on one of Shakespeare?s classics and is written by Will Power and directed by Playhouse Associate Artistic Director Jaime Casta?eda.
