In the latter half of the 20th century, Dolores Huerta, an influential labor organizer, fought alongside Cesar Chavez for the rights of field laborers in America while refusing to conform to the expectations of her gender. Dolores depicts how Huerta overcame racism, sexism, poverty, inequality and violence, endured two divorces, raised 11 children, and became one of the most important social justice leaders in American history.

The ?Que Viva Cine Latino! outdoor film series, presented by the Media Arts Center/Latino Film Festival, showcases some of the most innovative and critically acclaimed Latino movies from the past 12 months in a unique, outdoor setting.
