Looking for a Pilipinx event in North San Diego County? October is Pilipinx American History Month (PAHM) and MiraCosta College is following up last year?s inaugural PAHM events with a half-day conference entitled Building PAHMilya ("Pamilya" is the Tagalog word for family). PAHM's mission is to build an inclusive community, foster belonging and provide a platform for Pilipinx-American students to impact change and promote history, culture and opportunities.
