This concert will be the first time the Mariinsky Orchestra has combined with a U.S. orchestra and will set the record for the largest number of musicians to perform on stage together at the Jacobs Music Center?s Copley Symphony Hall. The two orchestras will be performing the powerful Shostakovich?s Symphony No. 7 Leningrad.
