In partnership with the City of Encinitas Arts Division, Encinitas Friends of the Arts (EFA) will be celebrating its fifth annual Dia de la Muertos. In keeping with our mission we believe this free family event will foster an appreciation and awareness of this significant Latino cultural celebration while uniting people of all backgrounds and traditions. This event is geared toward families in Encinitas and other surrounding communities offering hands-on workshops, Mariachi, Ballet Folklorico, bands and other performances on stage. In addition, there will be an artists' demonstration as well as an arts exhibit by students. There will be a 10? Offend in the Encinitas Community Center lobby which will be open to all to contribute remembrances of loved ones.
