Based on the Victor Hugo novel and songs from the Disney animated feature, JCompany Youth Theatre presents The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
The musical showcases the film?s Academy Award-nominated score, plus new songs by Menken and Schwartz.
The story follows the disfigured Quasimodo, who rings the bell of Notre Dame Cathedral. He keeps his time locked away from people in a tower until he meets Esmeralda, a friend who accepts him as he is.
The musical, which debuted at the La Jolla Playhouse, features songs like "The Bells of Notre Dame," and "God Help the Outcasts."
