Sushi chef Warren Almeda plans interactive sushi-rolling demonstration. Class begins with overview of the history and origins of sushi. Guests create, roll a sushi roll. Fee includes three-course sushi lunch with optional sake pairings.

Sushi chef Warren Almeda recently departed from Roy?s Restaurant, a Hawaiian-fusion concept, where he had gained experience as an executive sushi chef for two years. Prior to that, his experience had extended to Japanese and South East Asian Social House, located in Las Vegas, and Roy?s Restaurant in both Las Vegas and Woodland Hills. Almeda?s culinary experience illustrates his versatile style and classical technique.
