In celebration of the Annual Heritage Parade and Festivals twenty years of Heritage in the San Diego community this year?s annual Heritage Day festivities will expand from its traditional one day celebration to a three day weekend celebration and in order to render visibility to the San Diego 4th District the weekend celebration will be hosted at various venues within the community. This festival will feature music, food, activities, and art & craft items.
The parade features two-minute presentations from over 60 parade entrants such as: Morse High School Band, the San Diego Buffalo Soldiers, and the Jackie Robinson YMCA, and Ballet Folklorico. This year?s marketing efforts will include encouraging participants and spectators to come dressed in regalia which represent their culture.
