Sushi Chef Warren Almeda, the talented chef behind the artistic sushi creations at La Jolla's Roppongi Restaurant & Sushi Bar, will lead his third Sushi Rolling Demonstration for those who are interested in mastering the skill of sushi-making, enjoy experimenting with new foods and ingredients, or simply just love to eat sushi. All guests will be treated to a three-course sushi lunch with optional sake pairings created by Roppongi's house sommelier, Brandon Lervold.
