The Athenaeum presents the San Diego Art Prize winners Einar and Jamex de la Torre with emerging artist Julio Orozco. The de la Torre brothers are artistic collaborators, who moved to the U.S. from Guadalajara, Jalisco in the early 1970s. They live & work on both sides of the SD-Baja California border, enjoying a bi-national life style that informs their art. Documentary photographer Orozco's experimental works are rendered by the appropriation of historical documents, objects, sounds & images.
