This festival will take place at the Hilltop Recreation Center on April 17th from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM This colorful, cultural festival will feature Kite Flying, Henna Application, Bhangra Demonstrations, Children?s Games and Vendors. All proceeds go to DIL (Developments in Literacy), a US based non-profit organization, dedicated to providing quality education to disadvantaged children, especially girls, by establishing and operating schools in the underdeveloped regions of Pakistan.
