Hawaiian Cultural Fair promises cultural workshops such as feather lei-making, lauhala weaving, ti leaf lei-making in Hawaiian village. Ipu Farm?s Kalim and Landa Kuuleialoha Smith lead ipu heke workshop, Kumu Hula Charles Kaupu Jr. teaches an oli and kahiku workshop. Hawaiian vendors and food for purchase.
Hui O Hawaii of San Diego was organized over 35 years ago as a social club for Hawaiians away from home and all people interested in Hawaii. Today the Hui O Hawaii is a membership club which promotes Hawaiian culture and social activities with regular meetings, social events, culture classes and luaus.
