A 30 minute shadow puppetry performance focusing on the power of compassion and gratitude. Inspired by the Jataka Tales of India, this parable-adventure takes place in a forest where a Noble Deer runs wild and free. When a local King hears of this magical deer he sets out to have it for his very own. An unforeseen event challenges the King?s motivation and a choice must be made. This is a tale that explores possession, freedom, and friendship.
