Mineko Moreno, Cookbook author, will teach Hands On Basic Sushi. In this hands-on class you will learn how to roll basic forms of sushi, how to make perfect sushi rice, tips on how to order at sushi bars and sushi etiquette. You will receive a complimentary sushi mat in this class.
Recipes: Inari Sushi (rice stuffed tofu pocket); Kappa Maki (cucumber roll); Tekka Maki (tuna roll); California Roll.
