Sushi Chef Warren Almeda, the talented chef behind the artistic sushi creations at La Jolla's Roppongi Restaurant & Sushi Bar, will lead his monthly Sushi Rolling Demonstration. After a demonstration by Chef Warren, guests will put their skills to the test, creating and rolling a sushi roll of their own. All guests will be treated to a three-course sushi lunch.
