The 12th annual Cinema en tu Idioma will celebrate many great films, guest filmmakers, parties, and more! The 2011 addition of the series will be celebrating past and future stars of the most recent annual San Diego Latino Film Festival including: Without Men, staring Eva Longoria and Kate del Castillo, All She Can, an Official Selection - 2011 Sundance Film Festival, and Anita, starring Norma Aleandro.
Founder and Executive Director of Media Arts Center San Diego and San Diego Latino Film Festival, Ethan van Thillo, comments, "In 1999, Media Arts Center San Diego initiated a new concept of offering the region mini-releases of the best in Mexican, Spanish & Latin American Cinema. Since that time, the organization has released over 40 films that otherwise would have not been distributed in movie theaters locally."
