The three-day event includes a keynote presentation by Don Gaspar Xiu and a premiere screening of the documentary The Alignment Within. This event is a collaboration between Dr. Jose Jaramillo and Alcala Productions, The Consulate General of Mexico in San Diego, and the Institute of the Americas.
