Director Jesus Trevino will visit MiraCosta College to present a screening of his film "Visions of Aztlan." The film will be shown as part of the college?s Latino Film Series and documents the significance of the Chicano Art movement in America brought on by the rich culture of a people who were otherwise invisible in popular culture. The story is told through the voices of two dozen Mexican American artists whose work has been inspired by the first generation of Chicano and Chicana artists of the 60s and 70s.
