The Ocean Beach Oktoberfest ? the uniquely Southern California salute to the celebration of German culture and fun ? is back this year, with a second day added. This year, the party will begin on Friday Oct. 7 and extend through Saturday night on Oct. 8. Hours are 4:30 PM to 10 PM on Friday and 10 AM to 10 PM on Saturday.
