Hillcrest Mardi Gras is featuring live entertainment, special guest performers, and an exclusive V.I.P. area. Food and drink will be available for purchase from participating vendors and venues. Cocktails will be served along with an array of other surprises, plenty of beads, and outrageous party favors. Hillcrest Mardi Gras is a 21 and up age event.
