Deaf and hearing people from U.S. and Mexico will gather at Friendship Park (within Border Field State Park) and Parque Binacional de Amistad, Playas de Tijuana, to unite with sign language from a distance across the international boundary. Participants may communicate with telescopes and sign language interpreters, learn some signs. Take part in Signs of Friendship to support bi-national deaf culture and take a giant step toward unity and equality.
