Scottish organizations celebrate their culture?and tartans?with ninth annual festival at the international cottages in Balboa Park. Entertainment by House of Scotland Pipe Band, House of Scotland Ceilidh Band, the Lacemakers, the McBains, the Westlin Weavers; demonstrations by 42nd Black Watch Highland Society; dance by San Diego School of Highland Dancing. Scottish Clan and Tartan Information Center helps visitors find their own tartans. Traditional Scottish food, wares for sale.
