Documentary filmmaker Alexandre Dereims accompanies a group of young men from various African countries on a perilous adventure to seek a better life in Europe. Piled on a heavy-laden truck driving through the beautiful yet stark Sahara, they have enough food and water for the trip, but a breakdown in the desert could prove fatal. Their forward momentum is often interrupted by profiteers and swindlers who make their own living with promises of a better life. Beautifully filmed.
