The practice of creating tools from stone is one of the most respected of ancient human skills. Tim Gross, Ph. D., teaches the various techniques and history of knapping.He will also share examples of his work and how he learned the skill. Dr. Gross will assist and discuss the history of this ancient tradition.

the protective goggles and gloves provided
