Midsummer is the most important holiday in Sweden, where celebrations begin on Friday and continue thru Sunday. Most Swedes drive/sail/ferry to the summer cottage be it in the archipelago or up in the mountains, to celebrate with friends, singing and dancing and enjoy a summer brunch.
Come early for breakfast(served at 8:00 AM) and help decorate the May Pole and make a garland to hang above the front door. Hang our banner, hoist the flag, clean the patio and display our crafts. For those with a garden, please bring flowers and greenery.
