The 31st Philippine Cultural Arts Festival, hosted at Balboa Park, is scheduled on June 25 & 26, in observance of the Declaration of Philippine Independence from Spain during June 1898. This festival is a showcase of Philippine culture and performing arts. It is centered on cultural heritage, entertainment and networking.
The San Diego community, as well as tourists, will have the opportunity to come together to learn about Philippine culture through dance and music, taste Filipino delicacies and support local vendors by visiting their booths.
