Vivek Lall (Ph.D.), the global Chief Executive for international Commercial Strategic Development of the General Atomics, Electromagnetic Systems, will speak about Security and Economic Issues in South Asia: the Subcontinent in Transition. During the last 15 years South Asia has been an area in transition.
