Lecture: The British Vote to Exit the European Union: Why and What Happens Now?

Members Cy Chadley and Bill Thayer will discuss, The British Vote to Exit the European Union: Why and What Happens Now? We once again highlight and utilize the expertise of our members. Mr. Chadley was born in London and graduated from University College with a major in economics. He subsequently worked, lived and traveled throughout the world (visiting over 120 countries) during and after his career with a British international construction company. He is a past-president of the North County Chapter. Mr. Thayer (M.B.A. & M.S. Physics/Engineering), has experience in aero-space, real estate, and financial planning as well as research and studies of international finance, including published books, Euro: How to Save it, and The Wall Street Panic of 2008. Was it just ?Tea Kettles and Toasters? or were the issues more fundamental? They will address the human issues leading to the voting outcome and also the economic and financial aspects of the vote to leave the European Union.
