As the final program of the season, VAdm Charles Martoglio, USN (ret.), who commanded the Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group and was later the Deputy Commander of our U.S. European Command, will share his strategic views on America, Europe, NATO ? and Russia. He will discuss the numerous challenges facing Europe, as well as NATO?s history and evolution to its current role in the security of both America and Europe. He will examine Russian political and economic evolution and possible Russian motivations for its current activity in Eastern Europe, Syria, and across its periphery.
