Join us to celebrate the Peruvian Independence Weekend at Balboa Park.
We will be at the International Cottages area featuring typical Peruvian sandwiches: triple and butifarra along with Inca Kola and chicha morada. As always, Silvana will delight us with her delicious desserts such as alfajores, suspiro and tres leches.
The princesses of House of Peru will be performing Marinera and live music with The Lecca Family. Spend an afternoon with your family and friends celebrating our Independence and enjoying all what Balboa Park has to offer!
Peruvian handcrafts and other things will be available for sale, and there will be facepainting for children on Sunday by MariCarmen. (We will be selling Cuzque?a and Cristal caps and Cristal tshirts (limited amounts). Also "La Bodeguita" will have Peruvian goodies: galletas de soda, galleta de vainilla, galletas GN, Huancaina sauce La Cena and many more.
