This annual exhibition will feature Sumi-e paintings and wearable fashion art by Washu-Kai members. Enjoy Ikebana floral arrangements by the San Diego Ohara School of Ikebana, Sogetsu School of Ikebana, and Teshigarhara Wafukai.
Special painting demonstrations will be performed by Washu's graduate student Wendy C. Nakamura (Kakushu) on Saturday and Sunday.
The wearable art fashion show will start at 2:15 PM on Sunday, November 27 in Room 101 of Casa del Prado. There will also be a Koto music session on Sunday by Masazumi Kai.
