The Golden Gates Russian performing company will present a concert of music, dance, and song centered around classic Russian folklore. The concert includes humorous songs, lyrical suites, and pulsating dance numbers and features lilting balalaikas, dynamic bayan accordion, unique trashotky and loshky, humorous dances, and superb vocals. The concert will appeal to all ages and offers the opportunity for audience participation through clapping and learning Russian songs. A free-will offering to benefit Russian children will be accepted.
