Celebrate the music, the dances, and the romance of the Strauss Era at San Diego's premier Viennese Ball! Hosted by the SD Vintage Dance Society.
The Grand Pacific Waltz Orchestra will play authentic period music for waltzes, polkas, set dances, mixers and more. Renowned dance mistress Joan Walton will precept the ball. She'll also lead a dance workshop, 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Balboa Park Club ($20 at the door, $15 for students/military w/ID), covering "Survival Waltz" and the ball's set dances.
