If you love Indian food but think it?s too complicated to create at home, this class may change your mind.

The instructor will introduce you to the ingredients and spices that make Indian cuisine so unique. You?ll work alongside classmates learning to create homemade samosas and fry them to perfection. We?ll share secrets for making everything from perfectly spiced rice and flavorful tandoori shrimp to incredible chutney from scratch.
