Catia Pellegrino, the first woman to command a vessel of the Italian Navy, is charged with saving migrants attempting to make the perilous crossing from Africa to Sicily. The story we read in the newspapers comes to life in this film, as does the humanity of the Italians, and their pride in giving command to a woman. Doors open at 6:30 PM, film starts at 7:00 PM.
