The second annual South Bay Salsa Festival will feature the Ch?vere All Stars, Boogaloo Assasins, Afro Son with Carlos Mojica, Gilberto Velasquez, Willie Torres, Frankie Vazquez, and Dj Jojo all day. There will be two large dance floors, food, craft beer, and free parking all on the Chula Vista water front at J Street Marina.
