Sin Bandera is a Latin pop duo based in Mexico that consists of Leonel Garc?a, and Noel Schajris. They became one of the most popular artists after their solo debut album Sin Bandera was released on March 26, 2002. At the San Diego Civic Theater, they will be performing songs from their Una Ultima Vez album.
