Chef Anthony Sinsay of Jsix Restaurant will be hosting "Kain-Na," a multi-course dining experience produced in partnership with the Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce that will explore the progression of Filipino food history.
Chef Sinsay will be joined by local chefs and Chef Celebration San Diego scholarship recipients Tara Luansing Monsod, Jordana Francisco, and Justin Castillo.

All proceeds from Kain-Na will go toward the Chef Celebration Foundation of San Diego, a nonprofit organization that offers annual scholarships to 12 local chefs.
