Since 2001, artist Kip Fulbeck has explored the concept of multiracial identity with people and communities from across the globe. Join Us for a lively talk as he discusses the concepts behind The Hapa Project, shares images and stories of participant interactions, and reveals personal details about his artistic process.
This event will open with the artist talk in the Gill Administration Building. Guests will then move to the new hapa.me - 25 Years of The Hapa Project exhibition for a special after-hours meet-and-greet with Kip.
Admission to this special event will include one year of membership to the Museum. Guests are welcome to visit the Museum on the day of the event during regular business hours from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Guests will have access to the hapa.me exhibit at 6 p.m. until the event concludes at 7 p.m. All other exhibits will be closed during the event
