A Culinary Journey to Tuscany.In this class, we’ll travel to Tuscany and experience the rich, authentic flavors of Tuscan cuisine. We’ll start with panzanella, a refreshing and rustic bread salad prepared for you by our chef. For the main course, you’ll learn to make gnudi—delicate ricotta dumplings that are a true Tuscan specialty. You will work side by side with our chef to perfect this dish. The evening concludes with a chef-prepared almond semifreddo, a light and elegant dessert.
