Each year, the Lantern Festival has drawn an average of 15,000 - 20,000 attendees from all walks of life. The San Diego Lantern Festival is a perfect mix of great food, vendors, over 12 thrilling carnival rides and games. The 2012 Lantern Festival will feature the 2nd Annual Miss Asia San Diego Pageant as well as a fantastic line up of cultural entertainment, lion dances, street performers, and a breathtaking display of (6,000) lanterns in the evening.
