Kora virtuoso Amadou Fall and guitarist Ibrahima Ba perform as part of Global Spotlight Concert Series. As a native of Senegal, West Africa, Fall played with several well-known Senegalese musicians before moving to California. Fall has been playing the kora ? a 21-stringed, harp-like instrument made from fishing line, wood, gourd and cow skin ? for more than 20 years and is also a guitarist. 760-438-5996.
