Ozomatli, having just released their fifth studio album, "Fire Away" will be sure to fire up the Del Mar crowd. Their music ? a notorious urban-Latino-and-beyond collision of hip hop and salsa, dancehall and cumbia, samba and funk, merengue and comparsa, East LA R&B and New Orleans second line, Jamaican ragga and Indian raga? has long followed a key mantra: it will take you around the world by taking you around L.A. The band has always juggled two key identities. They are the voice of their city and they are citizens of the world. All 12 performances of the Del Mar Summer Concert Series are free for fans attending the races. The Seaside Stage is a non-smoking venue. For Friday shows, as is the case with attending the races, patrons under 18-years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Following the last race, concert prices are $20. No reserved seats, standing room only so get here early. Concert starts after the races.
