In celebration of International Peace Day, the WorldBeat Center in Balboa Park will be having a re-inauguration ceremony of their peace pole. A peace pole is a hand-crafted monument that displays the message and prayer for peace on each of its four or six sides, usually in different languages. The WorldBeat Center's re-inauguration ceremony will take place in the Children?s Ethnobotany Garden at the WorldBeat Center. The celebration kicks off with a drumming ceremony and ends with a session of meditation for world peace.
